Discover affirmation as a reflective practice, alongside participants’ accounts of their inner experiences.
Fountain of Youth explores affirmations, inner attention and the symbolism of renewal. Its imagery invites us to consider how we meet the present moment and what we wish to nurture in our lives.
Youth, golden DNA and cellular renewal appear as spiritual symbols in these materials. A vision or feeling does not demonstrate a change to DNA, cellular strength or ageing. The accounts below preserve participants’ meanings without presenting them as clinical findings.
